History
Haisma Heating and Cooling began as a one-man shop in 1981
with Garry Haisma at the helm. As word of his quality workmanship
and honest advice grew, so did the business.
When he met his wife Brenda, he also found his Vice President
and comptroller.
While raising their three girls, Ashley, Nicole and Witni,
the family divided the work between their home, a pole barn,
and of course, the furnace rooms of their growing client roster.
In 2002, the Haismas constructed a new 3,000-square foot showroom
and shop on Alpine Avenue to house their expanding product
line. Today, they're your one-stop source for a wide range
of comfort climate products: medium and high-efficiency furnaces,
specialty wall furnaces, split and package central air conditioning
systems, electronic and medium air cleaners, humidifiers,
hot water tanks, fireplace inserts and most recently, quality
gas grills.
The Haisma team has grown to 12 quality-conscious individuals
who put people first. They are experienced, factory-trained
technicians who are fully licensed and insured.
Haisma Heating and Cooling is versed in every aspect of installation
and maintenance for quality climate control.

I recently did business with Haisma's Heating and Cooling.
I noticed that they were a member of the BBB. I typically
don't write unless I have some kind of problem, but I feel
the service I got from Haisma's deserved a letter.
From the time I first contacted them until our new furnace
and air conditioner were installed, I could not have been
more impressed. My brother recommended them to us and he had
nothing but good things to say, also. Gary was honest and
up-front in explaining his product. He did not lead us to
the most expensive unit, but instead explained why the one
he suggested would best suit our needs.
Their work was top notch and their service people took extra
special care in explaining as well as clean up. Very impressive.

I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the
furnace I purchased form you this week. It was apparent upon
meeting you at our estimate that Haisma is a very reputable
company. Your years of experience show that. Out of all the
businesses we had come out to the house, you knew the most,
respected our questions and seemed to offer the best product
for the price, which was quite reasonable compared to others.
I would also like to commend Bart and Don on their thorough
and timely installation of our furnace. They were extremely
friendly and did an exceptional job. I was impressed with
their professionalism and appreciated their regard for my
home. They left it not much different than they found it (except
for the furnace).
Again, thank you for your professionalism and quality. I will
continue to use Haisma for my heating and cooling needs. I

so I just wanted to write to
you to tell you how much Amy & I love our new air conditioner
and energy efficient furnace. I thought I would let you know
the secret as to how we came about choosing your company to
install our comfort needs. This probably will not come as
a surprise to you.
It all came down to presentation. Your personality shown throughout
the entire hour and a half that you were at my home explaining
the entire furnace replacement that would fit our future energy
needs. You also exemplified the fact that if there are any
problems or questions that come up in the future, not to hesitate
to call.
I would like to finish in saying that the two gentlemen that
work for your company are also respected professionals. They
possessed personable qualities and gave us equipment suggestions
during the installation process that were in our best interests.
To us, cost of equipment and installation time is secondary
to personal qualities.
